We, at ZF Devco, are pleased to introduce Bert Scholten as the newest member of the ZF Devco team. In his role, Bert will oversee the financial management for ZF Devco, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax planning and compliance, auditing and assurance, and providing financial advisory services.

ZF Devco proudly hosted His Excellency Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, President of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar, on Saturday, November 16th, 2024, at the construction site for the new Zanzibar Passenger and RoRo Ferry Terminal in Maruhubi, Zanzibar. This visit celebrated the launch of this transformative project and the beginning of a new era for Zanzibar’s marine transportation.

Last Friday, ZF Devco BV Devco’s Managing Director, Nahaat Mahfoudh, led an impactful presentation on our Zanzibar Passenger and RoRo Ferry Terminal project at its future site in Maruhubi, Zanzibar. We were honored to host a Ports and Logistics Trade Mission from the Netherlands consisting of 13 specialised companies led by Ambassador Wiebe de Boer, First Secretary John Mike Jager, and Senior Policy Officer Caroline Kibanga.

ZF Devco B.V. is thrilled to announce the grand opening of Africa Global Logistics (AGL) at the Maruhubi site in Zanzibar. AGL has been appointed as the new operator of the Malindi Container Terminal, marking a significant milestone in the region's logistics and trade landscape.

ZF Devco welcomes our new Project Manager, Mr. Jamaal Awadh. Jamaal brings a wealth of experience in project management, leadership, and building surveying. With over 30 years of experience in International Project Management and Building Surveying, Jamaal’s expertise in development and construction will be invaluable as we continue to develop and realize the new Zanzibar Passenger and RoRo Ferry Terminal Masterplan.

ZF Devco B.V. is thrilled to welcome Mr. Nahaat Mahfoudh as our new Managing Director for ZF Devco Zanzibar, tasked with leading the development, operations, and management of the Zanzibar Passenger Ferry Terminal. This vital project will serve as a key link connecting Zanzibar to Tanzania and greater East Africa.
